If the items you have ordered are not in stock, you will not be charged for these items and you will be advised by email if we are unable to complete your order.

We hope that you love our Fabulously flirty flats, however if you wish to return an item (s) for refund or exchange, you must notify your intention to return it in writing within 48 hours from the date you received them. Email returns@shumoo.com

Please note:
We will not accept used, damaged or soiled goods unless they are deemed to be faulty at the time of original shipment by the vendor.
However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£), euros (€), US dollar (US$) and Singapore dollar (S$).
Customers will not be charged VAT 17.5%.

Please note: Local import duties may be payable upon receipt. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside Singapore and therefore shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

We can not ensure permanent availability of goods at all times. Although we try our hardest, sometimes certain styles are more popular than we anticipated.
In this situation it is very easy to pre – order, please email sales@shumoo.com stating the style, code, quantity and size. We will let you know as soon as they come in, usually this is within 3 – 4 weeks.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you
