By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within both the UK and Singapore, under UK / Singapore law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside these countries we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the above countries complies with, any applicable non-UK / Singapore laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

Payment

We accept online payment in a secure environment through world pay.www.worldpay.com We accept most major credit and debit cards including visa, American Express and Mastercard. Please note we do not accept cheques or postal orders.

No contract will subsist between you and Shumoo Pte Ltd for the sale to you of any product unless and until www.shumoo.com accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your product.

Returns Policy

We hope that you love our Fabulously flirty flats, however if you wish to return an item (s) for refund or exchange, you must notify your intention to return it in writing within 48 hours from the date you received them. Email returns@shumoo.com

Slight variations in colour and finish are a direct result of handwork and are not considered defective.

No refund or Exchange can be made unless all the conditions of our returns policy are met entirely as stated below:

• Customers in the UK and Singapore must return Goods within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Rest of world to be returned within 14 working days.
• All items must be returned in their original package and in unused (re-saleable) condition.
• Any item (s) being returned must be accompanied by a returns form. We are unable to refund or exchange goods sent without any proof of purchase.
• By returning shoes for an exchange you have agreed to have the credit card that was used for the original order debited/refunded by the difference of the original item and an additional shipping charge.
• The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods should be returned by registered post only as we can not be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us.
• Sale items are non returnable.

Please note: We will not accept used, damaged or soiled goods unless they are deemed to be faulty at the time of original shipment by the vendor. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage.

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 48 hours of authorisation of payment. Shipping charges will apply as below:

UK - £5.99 (7-10 working days) Singapore – S$12 (2-4 working days) Rest of world or faster courier delivery to UK– please email us at julie@shumoo.com for a quotation before you place an order online.

Shipping prices are not within Shumoo Pte Ltd’s control and may vary slightly over time.

Taxes and Customs

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£), euros (€), US dollar (US$) and Singapore dollar (S$). Customers will not be charged VAT 17.5%

Please note: Local import duties may be payable upon receipt. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside Singapore and therefore shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Stock availability

We can not ensure permanent availability of goods at all times. Although we try our hardest, sometimes certain styles are more popular than we anticipated. In this situation it is very easy to pre – order, please email sales@shumoo.com stating the style, code, quantity and size. We will let you know as soon as they come in, usually this is within 3 – 4 weeks.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you

Shumoo Pte. Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its member’s agent’s directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Shumoo Pte Ltd, nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Shumoo Pte.Ltd or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
